Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Timelines:

Orders (Cash on Delivery) can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, order processing begins and cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Prepaid Orders:

If cancelled within 24 hours, you may choose:

  • A Credit Note (valid for 90 days), or

  • Exchange with another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).

2. Mira Jaipur–Initiated Cancellations

In rare situations, we may cancel an order due to:

  • Unavailability of fabric/material,

  • Incorrect product listing or pricing error,

  • Payment verification failure.

In such cases:

  • A full refund will be processed for prepaid orders to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation confirmation.

  • You will be notified via Email or WhatsApp.

3. Return & Refund Policy

To maintain the hygiene, exclusivity, and quality standards of Mira Jaipur products:

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once the product is delivered and accepted.

  • We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.

4. Credit Notes

  • Issued in case of eligible cancellations or approved exchanges.

  • Valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

  • Non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
