Returns

It is highly unlikely for you to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product as every outfit undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases, if you face such an issue, we are here to assist you.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Kindly record a clear parcel opening video (mandatory for verification).

  • Take clear product images.

  • Share the video and images with us within 2 days of delivery via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or the email mentioned on our Contact Us page.

Once your request is received:

  • Our team will verify the details within 2 working days.

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and either:

    • Dispatch a replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

    • Provide a credit voucher of the same amount valid for 30 days.

When Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  • Minor color variation (10–15%) due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences.

  • If you do not like the material, texture, or color after delivery.

  • Change of mind after placing the order without a valid reason.

  • Absence of a proper parcel opening video in case of damage claims.

We ensure all product details, fabric information, and specifications are clearly mentioned on each product page. Kindly review them carefully before confirming your order.

Exchange Due to Size Issues

Please refer to the size chart mentioned on each product page before placing your order. If you need assistance, feel free to message us on Instagram or WhatsApp — we’ll be happy to guide you in selecting the right size.

We allow size exchanges within 2 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact.

  • An exchange fee ranging from ₹500/- to ₹1,500/- (depending on the outfit) will be applicable to cover reverse pickup and re-dispatch logistics charges.

Exchange Procedure

  1. The applicable exchange amount (₹500–₹1,500) must be transferred to our bank account.

  2. Share the payment screenshot via Instagram DM or WhatsApp.

  3. Provide the required exchange size details.

  4. Keep the package ready for pickup.

  • Pickup will be arranged within 7 working days.

  • Once we receive the product back, the exchanged item will be dispatched within the next 7 working days.

  • Tracking details will be shared once shipped.

International Orders

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Legal Notice

All returns and exchanges, where applicable, are managed directly by Mira Jaipur.

Mira Jaipur reserves the right to approve or decline return and exchange requests after proper verification as per the policy stated above.
